All ISOA members are invited to join us for an International Affairs Committee meeting/Speakers’ Series featuring two speakers – Sander Oude Hengel, the Defense Cooperation Attaché at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Chair of the Defense MoU Attachés Group (DMAG), and David Brown, the Technical Director from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR). The discussion will focus on defense cooperation frameworks, the role of the DMAG, and the State Department’s approach to security and diplomatic engagement across Europe and Eurasia.
