Trip Schedule
- Oct. 7, Riyadh: One day session hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Investment (MISA) – hear from Invest Saudi, Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), and General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) to explain the regulatory framework under which US companies must operate in KSA, and the licenses, certificates, and approvals these companies must obtain to become operational in KSA.
- Oct. 8, Riyadh: One day session hosted by the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce – learn about doing business in KSA, business matchmaking with several Saudi companies looking to partner with US businesses
- Oct. 9, Dubai: Bonus Event! Networking Reception on the QE2, sponsored by Neptune P2P
Cost per participant:
$3000. This investment will cover all two days of events, business matchmaking, meals, and an evening reception at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh. It also includes a complimentary ticket to the Oct. 9 ISOA Networking Reception on the QE2 in Dubai. Participants will be responsible for airfare and lodging. Hotel room block to follow.
Additional Details
- A minimum of 40 participants is required for this delegation. Participants should plan on arriving 1-2 days prior to Oct. 7.
- No more than four (4) people per company may join the trip.
