ISOA WPS Certification Training Opportunity #1 - Shift: Ask A Different Question

Date: Thursday, June 4, 2020
Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am Eastern

Description:

WPS Training Certification- This training is Module/Event #1, the first of three 2020 training events, and is the training offered through the lens of Civil Society, with Government and Academia lenses to follow.

Our Secure Future: Women Make the Difference (OSF) will present, Shift: Ask a Different Question. Shift questions the dominant security narrative and provides a call to action for policymakers to tap a powerful, yet invisible force for peace and security: women. We will shine a light on both the empirical evidence and powerful stories that show gender equality is necessary to achieving lasting peace and security, and articulate a vision that ignites change.
