Empowering industry to lead on stability, security, and human dignity across the migration continuum.

The Migration and Anti-Human Trafficking Committee equips ISOA member companies to understand, anticipate, and respond to the complex operational, security, and humanitarian challenges tied to global migration and human trafficking. As governments increasingly turn to private partners to manage displacement, enforcement, infrastructure, and humanitarian operations, this committee helps members stay at the forefront of policy, procurement, and impact.

Human trafficking—impacting more than 25 million people and generating $150 billion in illicit profits annually—is a transnational threat that intersects with migration crises, border management, security operations, and development programs. Likewise, irregular migration, internally displaced populations (IDPs), and refugee flows stress legal systems, logistics networks, humanitarian infrastructure, and national security across the Western Hemisphere and beyond.

Our committee brings together companies across sectors—security, tech, logistics, legal services, construction, humanitarian operations, and development—to collaborate on forward-looking solutions that align with government priorities and contracting opportunities.

Committee Objectives:

• Shape the Policy Environment: Advocate for industry-informed policies that address the migration and trafficking landscape through enforcement, protection, and prevention lenses.

• Support Market-Driven Solutions: Identify and develop business opportunities tied to migration, anti-trafficking, and displacement response—from border enforcement to reintegration programs.

• Convene Cross-Sector Expertise: Connect ISOA members with federal agencies, NGOs, and international partners to co-create operational strategies and build trusted partnerships.

• Build Awareness and Capability: Educate members on procurement trends, legal frameworks, risk management, and innovative technologies tied to migration and anti-trafficking work.

Join us in advancing industry’s role in shaping ethical, effective, and mission-driven responses to the world’s most pressing mobility and exploitation challenges
