ISOA Announces New Board of Directors for 2024-2025

Board members represent spectrum of ISOA industries and business size
WASHINGTON, D.C., November 11, 2024 -- The International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) has announced its new Board of Directors for the upcoming year.
These members were elected to the Board in October: -
Mick Bednarek, Fluor Mission Solutions (reelected – Outgoing Chairman)
- Chris Decker, Planate Management Group (incumbent – Incoming Chairman)
- Rochelle Lipsitz, International SOS (incumbent – Treasurer)
- John Gastright, Amentum (reelected)
- Tom Lampley, KBR Government Solutions (incumbent)
- Jake Frazer, Precision Talent Solutions (reelected)
- Crystal Canet, Clear Consulting International (reelected)
- Frank Helmick, SOSi (reelected)
- Michael Young, V2X (newly elected)
- Glenn Goddard, Parsons (newly elected)
- Karl Jensen, AECOM (newly elected)
These members were appointed to the Board through a special election process in November: - Maria (Masha) Martinkov, Venatôre
- Jason Hutchison, Lykke Global Advisors
"I am looking forward to working with the new ISOA Board of Directors, including three new members, to continue the Association's strong growth," said ISOA President and Executive Director Howard R. Lind. “Our Board represents the wide spectrum of industry,
business size, and geography of our member companies. ISOA is significantly stronger because of the high engagement of these experienced and insightful individuals.”
Board elections were held from Oct. 21-30 after a nominating period. Each member company could vote for up to eight nominees. Board member terms are generally two years. The newly elected Board members will serve from November 13, 2024, through November
2026.
