Hector Velez Will Oversee Membership Recruitment, Engagement, and Retention
WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 25, 2024) – The International Stability Operations
Association (ISOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hector Velez as its
new Director of Membership. In his role at ISOA, Hector will focus on driving
membership engagement, enhancing member value, and expanding the organization’s
reach and impact.
Hector brings an unwavering commitment to fostering collaboration and excellence within membership-driven organizations. As a co-founder of HireStrategy, the Mid-Atlantic region’s top-ranked staffing firm acquired by The Addison Group, Hector successfully built leadership teams for some of the most forward-thinking organizations. Hector’s leadership experience includes his tenure on the Board of Directors at The HR Leadership Forum, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation, and his role as co-founder of the Institute of Excellence in Sales.

Hector holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an avid Washington Nationals fan, a dedicated family man, and a proud supporter of community-focused initiatives.
