Fuels Site Manager

Client needs Fuels Site Manager for a contract at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Need is now. Successful candidate will be responsible for a 14 million gallon fuel storage and distribution facility, deep water port, aircraft refueling and ground fuel services. Successful candidate also provides technical advice relating to petroleum storage and distribution systems; conducts inspections; responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on all fuel facilities and equipment. Develop and maintain operational, safety and environmental procedures. Plans, organizes and directs fuel operations to support current and projected workload estimates. Prior military fuels experience required. This could be a one or two year assignment. This could be an accompanied tour. Six figure salary depends on experience. Housing provided by the company. Tax free status. 10 paid holidays. 11 days R&R every six months. Company paid medical/dental/AD&D. Minimum Qualifications: ten years’ experience in US military fuels operations, maintenance and deep water port; experience in receiving, storing, issuing and shipping petroleum products via tank truck, pipeline, rail, barge, tanker on US military installations; and refueling US military fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Must have a thorough knowledge of DoD Manual 4140.25m, US Unified Facilities Code 3-460-03, US OSHA Standards, Foreign Governing Standards for environmental compliance and other related US Federal, DoD and military publications related to fuels operations on US military installations. Description

The Marketing & Outreach Manager (MOM) is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns in support of CRDF Global’s growth strategy while leading, managing, and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing and outreach activities, as well as executing long-term marketing and stakeholder engagement strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs of CRDF Global Operations units. MOM will manage two staff (Market Research Analyst and Graphic Design Analyst), and work in close coordination with the Communications division.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead development of marketing plans and external outreach campaigns in the framework of CRDF Global mission areas growth and funder account plans
  • Market to USG and other international assistance funders in close cooperation with Operations, Business Development, and Communications staff
  • Lead or support the execution of marketing and outreach initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze funder insights and utilize marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Oversee Graphic Design and Market Research functions in support of CRDF Global marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing content and updates for funders and internal users
  • Leverage internal support, design and implement CRDF Global marketing-related events, and participate in external events as a CRDF Global representative
  • Participate in funder conversations to gather insights that inform outreach strategies and generate strong leads
  • Lead the development and production of the Annual Report
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Qualifications>

  • Familiarity and experience marketing services to US Government agencies or foreign international assistance security and development agencies is preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing or relevant area
  • 3-5 years of experience managing staff
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and external outreach campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Track record in budget management and financial tracking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges, ability to take initiative and work independently with strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent writing skills with samples
  • Effective oral and presentation skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds at all levels within their organizations
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketing cloud, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to prepare and report through concise PowerPoint presentations
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including international travel
  • U.S. work authorization is required
