The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) serves as a vital link between our members and senior government officials, driving impactful policy advocacy for the stability operations industry. By engaging regularly with leaders from the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of State, and Congress, our members tackle pressing issues that directly affect our industry and member companies. Through these strategic discussions, the committee helps shape policy, ensuring our industry’s interests are represented and advanced within the broader government landscape.

GAC hosts a regular, well-attended biweekly Zoom call to discuss current government affairs issues with ADI, ISOA’s advocacy partner, ISOA leadership, and representatives from member companies. In addition, during the early days of the Trump Administration, GAC also hosts a biweekly Zoom meeting to discuss issues focused on the activities of the new administration.
