Amy Marden
Practice Area Lead, SOSi
Amy Marden is the Practice Area Lead for Human-Centric Operations at SOSi, where she assists with strategy, growth, and execution across state and federal programs that protect lives, promote public welfare, and improve citizen outcomes. She also chairs the Migration, Anti-Human Trafficking, and Human Rights committee for ISOA.
Before joining SOSi, Amy founded and led REACT DC, a nonprofit refugee resettlement agency that mobilized over $4 million in funding to support Afghan allies and their families following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
She currently serves as Senior Advisor to Moral Compass Federation, a national federation addressing moral injury among veterans and allies, and as Vice President of the Board at Arrowhead Research, a nonprofit that empowers servicemembers to transform their technical instincts into impactful innovation.
A Florida-licensed attorney and 2024 Presidential Leadership Scholar, Amy is also the author of The Parts We Lost and Mirror, Mine, two works of fiction exploring the emotional impact of war on families.
