Director, Government Solutions, World Fuel

Chris has been employed as a Senior Director, World Fuel, Government Solutions focusing on business development since April 2023.

Chris was previously employed as a Deputy Program Manager, Senior Planner, and Logistics Subject Matter Expert providing strategic support to the USINDOPACOM staff.

Chris was commissioned through the Army’s Green to Gold Program and served in a variety of leadership and staff positions during in his 34 year active duty military career before retiring as a Colonel. His most notable assignments were Deputy Commander,19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Korea; Commander 402d Army Field Support Brigade, Fort Shafter, Hawaii; Commander Army Petroleum Center, Fort Belvoir Virginia; Senior Mission Commander Mihail Kogalniceanu (MK) Air Base, Romania, Commander Defense Logistics Agency Energy – Korea; Chief of Operations & Chief Supply, 21stTheater Sustainment Command, Germany; and Support Operations Officer (Forward), 475th Quartermaster Group (Petroleum), Balad Air Base, Iraq. Chris is a designated Joint Qualified Officer with a Top Secret – SCI clearance.

Chris has earned the credentials of Certified Professional Logistician (C.P.L.), Life Cycle Logistics Level II, Senior Acquisition Course graduate, and Project Management Professional (PMP). Chris earned a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School, a Master of Science degree in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Chris’s military awards include the Legion of Merit (2d Oak Leaf), Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Meritorious Service Medal (Silver Oak Leaf). His foreign awards are the Korean Minister of Defense Citation, the Korean Parachutist Wings, and the Romanian Air Force Emblem of Honor.

Chris resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife Lilian and they share four children.
