Lynne M. Schneider
Ms. Schneider is CEO of Entovation International, a small woman-owned veteran-owned knowledge strategies and logistics supplier, and a consultant at Noblis for DLA-Energy. She has worked for three Presidents and served as senior policy advisor to the Secretary of the Army for Stability Operations and the Chief Management Officer. Ms. Schneider has served on several business advisory boards at DoD and was the driver behind the Government Performance and Results Act. She is a co-author of several books on innovation and a key author on the Defense Support to Stabilization: A Guide for Stabilization Practitioners (2023) for the Peace Keeping and Stability Operations Institute at the Army War College. Ms. Schneider retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, Civil Affairs, US Army Reserve with a total of 35 years of service and multiple deployments to Iraq, Republic of Georgia and Poland. She was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge, is working on her Doctorate at Grand Canyon University and is on the Advisory Council of ISOA. She spends summers on her farm in North Dakota, has four cattle dogs, and enjoys performing odd jobs around the farm on her John Deere tractor.
