Mark Collins
Senior Director of Client Engagement, Indo-Pacific Region / INDOPACOM
Mr. Mark Collins joined V2X, previously Vectrus Systems Corporation, in June 2018. He is the Senior Director Client Engagement/Capture for the Indo-Pacific. He was the Red Hill Water Crisis Response Contingency PM for Vectrus in 2021 and 2022.
Prior to joining V2X, Mark served nearly 35 years in the U.S. Army in varying positions of successively greater responsibility. His first assignment was as an enlisted Ranger infantryman in 2nd Ranger Battalion and in his final assignment, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). He had 6 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan commanding sustainment units during three of those deployments including his last as the commander of the 82nd Airborne Division Sustainment Brigade in Afghanistan.
Mr. Collins holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Arizona State University, a master’s degree in Logistics Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in strategic operations and planning from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS).
Mark and his wife Genny have two sons with JT at UH Manoa and Zach at HPU. He is an avid surfer, active military to veteran transition advisor, and Hawaii Ranger Regiment Veteran coordinator. He also volunteers in his free time with Team Rubicon as a Hawaii leader and chain saw operator.
