Ralph Rosado

Born and raised in Miami, Ralph Rosado, PhD, AICP, was recently elected City of Miami Commissioner for District 4 representing Shenandoah, Silver Bluff, Golden Pines, Coral Gate, and Flagami. Prior to that, Commissioner Rosado served as the City Manager of North Bay Village, one of the fastest growing cities in Florida. During his tenure, the city was awarded ‘Best Master Plan of the Year’ for the State of Florida, and he oversaw the approval of billions of dollars in private capital investment and voter approval of one of the largest infrastructure bond referendums (on a per-capita basis) in Miami-Dade history, by a margin of nearly 2:1.
