Rob Jenkins
Senior Advisor, Q2IMPACT
Robert (Rob) Jenkins is a seasoned U.S. foreign affairs leader with over three decades of experience in conflict prevention, stabilization, and democratic development and currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Q2IMPACT. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Assistant to the Administrator for USAID’s Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization. As a career member of the Senior Executive Service, he held senior roles as Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance and as Director of the Office of Transition Initiatives. Before joining USAID in 1998, Rob led emergency relief and recovery efforts for World Vision International in southern Sudan and Sierra Leone. As a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, he worked with Archbishop Desmond Tutu in South Africa, bridging the Anglican Church’s peace and justice office with township communities during the post-apartheid transition. Rob is a California native and holds a B.A. in History and Government from Bowdoin College.
