Roland Moreau

Vice President, ECC

Mr. Roland Moreau is a Vice President located in the Chesapeake, Virginia office of ECC. He is responsible for all business development activities and worldwide client account management for the US government clients. As a Senior Executive at ECC, Roland also takes on operational roles at complex Emergency Response sites, most recently at MacDill AFB after Hurricanes Helene/Milton. Prior to that he managed the Hurricane Florence three year rebuild contract awarded to ECC at Camp Lejeune.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Moreau was employed by Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. as a Vice President and the Infrastructure International Operations Manager. He was responsible for all international operations in the infrastructure business line, including Japan and Korea. Additionally, he was a Navy Account Manager, Program Manager for multiple contracts.

At the time of his retirement from the Navy, Mr. Moreau was the Deputy Director of Environmental Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command. He served as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer for twenty years in the US Navy with assignments around the world.

Mr. Moreau is a Professional Engineer in California, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
