Ryan O’Quinn

Ryan O’Quinn serves as President and Chief Legal Officer for Loyal Source Government Services, LLC, a workforce solutions company providing turnkey and tailored solutions to the government and private industry.

Prior to joining Loyal Source in 2022, Ryan served as the Chair of DLA Piper, LLP’s Regulatory and Litigation Group in Miami.

In public service, Ryan served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
