Steven Rougshedge
SVP Theatre Supply Chain, Toll Group
Steve Roughsedge leads the Theatre Supply Chain business unit within the Government and Defence Division of Toll Group, enabling Australia and New Zealand Defence and government agencies by providing a wide range of complex logistics effects.
Steve first joined Toll in 2008 and led programs resulting in provision of expeditionary logistics support to the ADF in East Timor, to the Solomon Islands, to the United Nations in Central Africa, and many other key enabling logistics programs for the Australian government.
Prior to rejoining Toll in 2020 Steve consulted to the Australian Defence Force Joint Logistics Command, and to the ADF Acquisition and Sustainment Group, helping resolve strategic logistics issues, and enabling Defence delivery programs.
Supported by an expansionary posture within the Toll Group, Steve is leading an ambitious strategy to leverage the full scope of Toll’s extensive capabilities, assets and experience to provide resilient supply chain support to defence focussed organisations throughout the IndoPacific region.
Steve is graduate of the RAAF Academy, holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Advance Diploma in Project Management.
