Tony Montalvo

Executive Director - Operations, V2X

TONY MONTALVO is the Executive Director – Operations for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Program Management Office (PMO), with operations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He is in the Greenville, South Carolina office. Tony brings over 25 years of experience to his role.

Before joining V2X, Tony worked for Fluor. He was responsible for the Supply Chain Operations where he led a 3,000-person global workforce responsible for a full range of supply chain operations including procurement, subcontracts, materials, logistics, and expediting. Prior to joining Fluor, Tony worked for Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR), where he served in a variety of project management, operations, and logistics positions in Houston, Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Tony served in the U.S. Army. He retired from the U.S. Army after a distinguished 20-year career of military service. While in the Army, he was assigned to various units based in the U.S., Korea, Germany, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Panama, Albania, and Macedonia.

Tony attended the University of Maryland, University College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and has a Master of Industrial Distribution degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.

Tony is a lifetime member of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Association.
