Troy Wong is a Deployable/Senior Contracting Officer with the U.S. Navy at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH). In this role, he supports the Navy’s operational readiness by delivering integrated logistics and contracting solutions to mission partners. Prior to joining NAVSUP FLCPH, Troy served as a Supervisory Contracting Specialist for the City and County of Honolulu, where he led procurement initiatives supporting municipal operations.
